Content Integrity

Last updated: January 1, 2026.

This page describes how Carolyn Wellness aims to maintain accurate, balanced, and useful content. It complements our Editorial Policy and Advertising Policy.

Accuracy

We aim for accuracy in every article. Editors review for clarity, factual consistency, and sourcing. When we summarize popular guidelines or expert consensus, we try to keep the description honest about the strength and limits of the evidence.

Transparency

We disclose when content is sponsored, when links are affiliate, and when an article has been updated. We publish names and short biographies of our regular contributors. We separate opinion from explainer pieces.

Corrections

If we discover a material error after publication, we update the article and add a brief correction note at the bottom describing the change and the date. To request a correction, please contact us.

Use of AI tools

We may use AI tools to support outlining, summarizing, copyediting, or generating images and illustrations. Final responsibility for what we publish rests with our editors, who review and edit every published piece for accuracy, clarity, and tone.

Reader feedback

Reader feedback is one of our most valuable inputs. If something is unclear, missing, or inaccurate, please tell us. We genuinely want to know.
