DMCA Copyright Notice

CAROLYRA LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, copyright owners or their authorized agents who believe that material on the Services infringes their copyright may submit a written notice that contains the elements below.
What to include in a notice
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL);
- Information sufficient to permit us to contact you, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notification
If your material has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the elements described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
It is our policy to terminate access to the Services for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
